Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, topic, subject, and message.
• Alumni registration: name, study programme, graduation year, job, employer, city, testimonial, and email if you provide it.
• Server technical records: IP address and access time, for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Data is used to answer your message, review alumni registrations, and keep the site secure. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Consent and publication

Alumni details appear on the site only after you consent and a faculty admin reviews them. Email addresses are never displayed.

Cookies and third parties

The public site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. Session cookies are used only by administrators who sign in to management. YouTube videos load only after you press play. Maps on the Contact and Profile pages load from OpenStreetMap, which may receive your IP address.

Retention and deletion

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to follow them up, then deleted by an admin. You can ask for your data to be deleted through the Contact page.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Changes are announced on this page together with the version label.
